Pool 19 extends from river mile 364.2 upstream to Gladstone, IA. Lock and Dam 19 is located in Lee County, Keokuk, IA, on the right bank tailwater side of the dam and AmerenUE Powerplant, .2 miles upstream from the US Highway 136 bridge and 2.7 miles upstream from the Des Moines River.
