Sandpiper Super Shelter & Recreation Area

Sandpiper Super Shelter is a "L" shaped supershelter with a capacity of 500 occupants and 123 parking spaces.  It is the only shelter area at Saylorville Lake requiring a $110 use fee.  The shelter area has an improved restroom, playground, ball diamond, sand volleyball area with polls and net, and is located adjacent a bike trail, nearby boat ramp and no-alcohol swimming area.
