Bob Shetler Recreation Area

Bob Shetler Recreation Area offers two covered shelters in a wooded area adjacent the Des Moines River. The recreation area includes improved restroom, 10 picnic tables per shelter, 4 electrical outlets, lights, group grill, fireplace, and playground. Shelter #2 has only volleyball uprights with net for which occupants must bring their personal volleyball, and shelter #1 has uprights only and user must bring a net and volleyball (this site has no sand).
