The US Army Corps of Engineers maintains and operates five campgrounds at Lake Red Rock for your enjoyment!  Camping is also available at Elk Rock State Park, which is managed by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.  In addition, the Marion County Conservation Board manages two campgrounds at Roberts Creek County Park.
