Self-propelled Vessel - A vessel that moves commodities on the vessel itself under its own power. Numbers of Passengers - required to be entered for Passenger carrying vessels. At certain locks, number of passengers will be required for recreation vessels including Kaskaskia Lock, Pittsburgh District Locks and Soo Locks. |
